The Company are currently finalising a new studio complex on South Street. This is in what is known as the Kodak Building. Several studios have already been let but some space remains available and more will be created.

Through their affiliated company, Fairfield Arts Ltd, the former Fairfield Annexe on Govan Road has been purchased for development. The intention is to offer studios and workspaces within this glass roofed former shipyard drawing office. Considerable improvement works are underway and we anticipate availability Autumn/Winter 2023.
